TAPS Public Transit (TAPS) TAPS Public Transit provides a shared ride, point-to-point, curb-to-curb service to any resident in their 7-county service area. In Collin County: TAPS buses run Monday-Friday with the first available pick up time at 6:30 a.m. and the last available pick up time at 6p.m. TAPS does not provide service in Collin County on Saturday or Sunday. To schedule a ride visit the Get-a-Ride Call Center or call 800.256.0911 and speak with a Rider Service Representative.
